Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and hypnotherapy gets to the cause, root, and reason for a limiting belief (anxiety, depression, money blocks, relationships, confidence, etc); extracts that belief in the subconscious; and replaces it with the new empowering belief; thus, changing the results of your life.
I become acquainted with who you are, your mindset and discover how you want your life to transform.
I gently guide you into hypnosis, often described as a lovely, very relaxed state, a state in which you have total control. This is the point at which the subconscious mind becomes accessible, reaching memories that tell the tale of how, when, and where perceptions and beliefs were formed, using the many tools within RTT.
Together, we then dismantle those limiting beliefs and then refurbish them with new, limitless ones. A rewire, if you like.
I will record a bespoke audio for you to take away to listen to for 21 days. This commitment is imperative to moving forward and achieving limitless self belief and self worth, purpose, abundance, love and happiness. This 21 Day Commitment is transformational for you and I check in with you during this period.
Most sessions take place via Zoom so we can work together in the comfort of your own home and the session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours.
This allows you to really relax and let yourself go with the therapy. I also work together with clients who prefer an RTT session in person depending on the location.
Yes completely. I am a trained and Certified Hypnotherapist and you will have complete control the whole time. I cannot make you do or say anything you do not want to. I help you to simply tap into subconscious mind. The experience of being put under hypnosis in RTT feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like - it’s working. I promise.
If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal - you’ll be OK.
There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy - every person is different: i. Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session. ii. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. iii. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
